Hello all you lovely people,
I was sorely tempted to title this newsletter, how is it mid-June already? But part of me abhors repetition and another part of me is beginning to let go of my resistance to time moving on. I just have so much to do, all self inflicted, all very exciting but SO MUCH! And therefore I’m constantly feeling like I’m running against time. Like the rabbit in Alice of Wonderland going “I’m late, I’m late, I’m late.”. And while this calls for introspection, re-prioritisation, better boundaries and improved productivity, where on this good earth am I going to find the time to do that, I ask you?
Anyway, I digress because today I want to talk to you about the fact that we have a YouTube channel so please subscribe, watch, share, comment and let us know what you like and what you would like to see more of? We love the impact the podcast has made, and all of the wonderful ways in which it resonates with people, empowers them, or if nothing else sparks conversation around fatness. And we have therefore set ourselves the ginormous task of creating these as well. So we hope you enjoy them.
While I complain about time, much has happened over these last two weeks which I have elaborated in a blog post on my big, fat dreams. And you can read all of our blogs on Medium, including the awesome one on “what to say to a fat woman that you are dating.”
